7. Pricing

In the event of an obvious pricing, typographical or configuration error, OMORFO reserves the right to correct the error and cancel or revise an affected transaction before shipment or performance.

Freight terms, risk of loss, inspection requirements and procedures for reporting shipping damage may be governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation or shipping documentation.

10. Installation and Operation

Industrial equipment can involve electricity, pressurized air or gas, rotating machinery, heat, cooling water, oxygen-enriched environments, ozone and other hazards.

Equipment must be installed, commissioned, operated and maintained by appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with applicable manuals, instructions, codes, regulations and accepted safety practices.

Customers are responsible for site preparation, utilities, ventilation, piping, electrical connections, permitting and other installation requirements unless OMORFO expressly agrees in writing to provide those services.

11. Oxygen and Ozone Equipment

Oxygen and ozone systems require proper design, installation and operation.

Oxygen-enriched environments can increase combustion risks, and ozone at elevated concentrations can be hazardous to people and materials.

Users of oxygen and ozone equipment are responsible for implementing appropriate ventilation, monitoring, ozone destruction, leak prevention, fire-safety procedures, process controls and other safeguards appropriate to the application.

OMORFO equipment should not be used for any application outside its intended specifications or contrary to applicable instructions and safety requirements.

12. Product Warranties

Any warranty applicable to an OMORFO product is governed by the written warranty terms supplied with that product, quotation, sales agreement or other applicable documentation.

Statements on this Site regarding warranties are summaries for informational purposes unless expressly identified as the complete governing warranty.

These Terms do not create any additional product warranty beyond warranties expressly provided by OMORFO in writing.

13. Returns and Cancellations

Returns, cancellations, exchanges and restocking charges may be subject to separate policies or transaction-specific terms.

Custom-built, configured, special-order or made-to-order equipment may not be cancellable or returnable once production or procurement has begun.

Customers should contact OMORFO before returning any equipment or parts.

14. Distributor and Dealer Information

Submitting an application or inquiry to become an OMORFO dealer or distributor does not create a distributor, dealership, agency, franchise, partnership or other business relationship.

Any distributor or dealer relationship must be separately approved by OMORFO and may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Independent dealers and distributors are not authorized to bind OMORFO unless expressly authorized in writing.

15. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful or disruptive.
