Return Policy
This Return Policy explains OMORFO Industrial’s policies regarding machinery, parts, shipping damage, defects, warranty service and product returns.
Last Updated: October 6, 2026
1. General Policy
OMORFO Industrial sells industrial machinery, equipment, parts and related products. Due to the nature, weight, configuration and intended use of industrial machinery, our return policies differ from those typically applied to ordinary consumer products.
Customers should review product specifications, electrical requirements, dimensions, operating conditions and application requirements before placing an order.
2. Machinery Is Not Returnable
OMORFO Industrial does not accept returns of machinery or complete equipment units.
This includes, without limitation:
- Rotary screw air compressors
- Reciprocating air compressors
- Oxygen generators
- Ozone generators
- Integrated oxygen and ozone systems
- Dryers and other packaged industrial equipment
- Custom-configured or made-to-order machinery
Once machinery has been ordered, accepted and shipped, it may not be returned for refund, exchange or store credit except where OMORFO expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
3. Defective Machinery
A defect in machinery does not make the unit returnable.
When equipment has a manufacturing defect or another issue covered by warranty, the matter is handled through OMORFO’s applicable parts and service warranty rather than through a return of the complete machine.
Warranty coverage, procedures, exclusions and available remedies are described in the warranty documentation included with each unit sold.
Depending on the applicable warranty, available remedies may include replacement parts, repair support, technical assistance or other warranty service as described in the documentation supplied with the equipment.
4. Warranty Documentation
Each machinery unit sold by OMORFO is subject to the warranty terms applicable to that product.
Customers should retain the warranty documents supplied with the unit. Those documents govern:
- Warranty duration
- Covered parts and components
- Service coverage
- Warranty claim procedures
- Maintenance requirements
- Exclusions and limitations
- Available warranty remedies
If there is any conflict between this Return Policy and the written warranty documentation supplied with a unit, the product-specific warranty documentation controls with respect to warranty coverage.
5. Shipping Damage
OMORFO Industrial is not responsible for damage that occurs while a shipment is in the possession of a third-party freight carrier or shipping company.
Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier that transported the shipment.
If equipment or other products arrive damaged in transit, the customer must contact the applicable carrier and pursue the carrier’s freight-damage claim process in order to seek reimbursement.
What to Do If a Shipment Arrives Damaged
Customers should inspect shipments carefully at the time of delivery.
If visible damage is present, we recommend that the customer:
- Photograph the shipment before removing packaging
- Photograph all visible damage
- Photograph damaged packaging, pallets, crates or cartons
- Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing
- Retain all packaging and shipping materials
- Contact the carrier promptly to open a damage claim
If damage is discovered after unpacking, the customer should document the damage and contact the carrier as soon as possible in accordance with that carrier’s concealed-damage claim procedures.
6. Carrier Claims
Reimbursement for freight damage is determined by the carrier under the carrier’s applicable shipping terms, insurance coverage and claims procedures.
OMORFO does not control the carrier’s investigation, determination, reimbursement amount or payment timeline.
OMORFO may provide reasonable supporting documentation when available, such as invoices, product information or shipment records, but responsibility for filing and pursuing the freight claim remains with the customer or other party entitled to make the claim.
7. Refusing a Damaged Shipment
If a shipment is severely damaged at delivery, the customer may wish to contact the carrier and OMORFO before accepting the shipment where practical.
Refusing delivery does not automatically create a right to a refund from OMORFO. The circumstances of the shipment and the applicable carrier claim must still be reviewed.
8. Incorrect Product or Order Error
If OMORFO ships a product different from the product identified on the applicable order confirmation or invoice, contact us promptly so that we can review the order and determine the appropriate corrective action.
This section does not apply where the correct product was shipped but the customer selected an incorrect size, voltage, configuration, capacity or specification.
9. Customer Ordering Errors
Customers are responsible for confirming that the equipment ordered is appropriate for their application.
Machinery is not returnable because of customer selection errors, including errors involving:
- Voltage
- Phase
- Frequency
- Horsepower
- Capacity
- Pressure
- Dimensions
- Cooling requirements
- Process conditions
- Installation requirements
- Application suitability
Customers should contact OMORFO before ordering if they are uncertain about the correct equipment configuration.
10. Parts and Accessories
Return eligibility for individual parts, accessories and non-machinery items may be determined separately based on the type of item, condition, packaging, reason for return and whether the item was specially ordered or configured.
No part or accessory should be returned without first contacting OMORFO and receiving authorization.
Special-order, electrical, electronic, programmed, used, installed or custom-configured items may be non-returnable.
11. Unauthorized Returns
Products sent to OMORFO without prior authorization may be refused, returned to the sender or held pending further instructions.
Shipping a product back to OMORFO does not itself create a right to a refund, replacement or credit.
12. Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Machinery, custom-built products and special-order products may not be cancellable once manufacturing, assembly, configuration, procurement or shipment preparation has begun.
Any approved cancellation may be subject to costs already incurred by OMORFO.
13. Refunds
Refunds are not issued for machinery because machinery is not returnable under this policy.
If OMORFO approves a return of an eligible non-machinery item, any applicable refund or credit will be determined after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping, freight, expedited delivery and similar charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. How to Request Warranty Service
If your machinery appears to have a defect or operating issue, do not ship the unit back to OMORFO unless you have been specifically instructed to do so.
Instead, contact OMORFO support and provide as much information as possible, including:
- Equipment model
- Serial number
- Date of purchase
- Description of the problem
- Error codes, alarms or controller messages
- Photographs or video when helpful
- Relevant operating conditions
OMORFO can then review the issue under the applicable warranty and service procedures.
