The OM15V-T is an oil-injected twin screw rotary compressor engineered for shops, manufacturers, and service operations that need turn-key compressed air without the noise and vibration of piston units. Its 11 kW (15 HP) variable speed motor modulates output to real-time demand, delivering up to 64 CFM at 94.3–116 PSI from a compact, integrated 42-gallon tank platform.
A precision-engineered rotary airend, poly-V belt drive with automatic tensioner, and high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor (IP55, Class F insulation, SKF over-loading bearings) work together to maximize discharge efficiency and minimize energy waste. Sound levels run as low as 60 dB(A) — about the volume of normal conversation — making it suitable for indoor installation next to production lines.
An integrated PLC controller with an English user interface gives operators clear visibility into running state, automatic protective alarms, scheduled maintenance reminders, fault history, and remote control.
